Coconut milk is extracted from the grated flesh of fresh coconut white meat. Their natural flavor and richness are captured in the can. Coconut milk adds great flavor and thickness to curries, vegetables, seafood, beef, soups, cakes, candies, creams and drinks.

Bored with coconut oil, change to coconut milk

Coconut milk also contains the use of skin care, equivalent to coconut oil, but easier to buy, easier to use.

Coconut milk has excellent moisturizing properties, while also helping to soothe the skin, suitable for irritated skin in hot weather. Coconut water is rich in antioxidants, helps cleanse the skin and helps repair damage to the skin and hair.

Compared with coconut oil, coconut milk is not sticky. It's also cheaper and easier to buy, available in most markets.

Lotion

The best care for the hot season is to use coconut milk to cleanse, while helping to clean and moisturize. The protein and fatty acids in coconut water will become the savior for your summer skin.

In the morning and evening, use a teaspoon of coconut milk to massage the face for 2 minutes, then rinse with cool water. If you have time, then you should grind about ¼ cucumber and mix it with coconut milk to wash your face. This mixture exfoliates, brightens the skin, smoothes the skin, keeps the skin moist and relieves sun damage, can be used for both face and body.

Hair care

Nothing is better than a mixture of brewing with coconut milk. For best results you should mix 2 tablespoons of coconut milk with ½ cup of pureed butter to massage the scalp and apply it to your hair, incubate for 20 minutes and then wash.

If you do not have time or are afraid of clutter, you just mix the coconut milk with your conditioner in a ratio of 1: 1, incubate in the hair for 10 minutes and then rinse. Cleansing
